By integrating content design, innovation, technical excellence, and superior research, TerraNova NEXT Form 2 is our most comprehensive release to date for the TerraNova family of assessments with alignment to both national standards and the college and career ready framework. With test items reflecting greater depths of knowledge, educators can evaluate students’ performance relative to the more challenging levels of thinking and problem-solving skills required by your state standards. Test items reflect rigorous test-construction standards that ensure each item is valid and measures what is intended without embedded cultural bias. Our developers gave careful attention to questions of ethnic, racial, gender, regional, and age bias.

TerraNova NEXT Form 2 can be administered at any time throughout the school year. TerraNova norms are built to provide national comparisons and adjust for the week of instruction in which you administer the test. TerraNova NEXT Form 2 provides a full suite of norm-referenced scores, criterion-referenced mastery information by objective/standard, and performance/proficiency levels. TerraNova assessments are appropriate for a variety of purposes including entrance screening, school placement, fall diagnostic, gifted identification screening, and end-of-year summative testing.

All subtests of TerraNova NEXT Form 2 are available from grades K–12 in both paper/pencil and online formats. You can test individual subtests or all subtests as required for your testing needs.
